Thank you for visiting Grocery Bazar where we are engaged in providing you with a pleasurable shopping experience, day in and day out. In case of a return or exchange, we offer our customers a ‘Return & Exchange Policy’ which takes care of their Right To Return.
Return and Refund Policy Rules:
- Perishable items (like vegetables, fruits, etc.) are only returnable & refundable in the case that any of the item(s) are expired/rotten, or their crate(s)/box(es) is/are severely damaged at the time of delivery.
- Packaged Grocery Products are only replaceable, returnable, or refundable in the case that any of the item(s) are expired or severely damaged at the time of delivery.
- Baby Care products are only replaceable, returnable, or refundable in the case that any of the item(s) are expired or severely damaged at the time of delivery.
- If the delivered product(s) is no longer needed or you have changed your mind regarding the purchase, the return policy shall be applicable on specific products in such a case.
- You will have only 1 hour after delivery (in case of local delivery) & have 2 days from the delivery date (in case of out-of-city delivery) to claim your return/refund against your order.
- The order can not be canceled, once dispatched/shipped.
Special Return and Refund Policy Rules in the case of Mango Box & Crate:
- If your mango crate(s)/box(es) is/are severely damaged at the time of delivery or your mango crate(s)/box(es) is/are incorrect at the time of delivery then it may be eligible for replacement or refund.
- Mangoes are non-returnable in any case other than the one mentioned above.
- If you didn’t follow the instructions mentioned on the packaging slip which is labeled on the Mango box/crate then we are not responsible if your Mangoes get rotten or didn’t ripen properly.
We offer two types of Return & Exchange policies, one for local delivery and one for out-of-city delivery.
Out of City Delivery
For Out-of-City Deliveries, we allow returns claims within 2 days of delivery.
If your order’s item(s) is/are defective or severely damaged at the time of delivery Or your order is incorrect/incomplete at the time of delivery then it may be eligible for replacement or refund. And if your order never arrived in the specified delivery time (1-5 working days) then it may be eligible for a refund.

Local Delivery
For local deliveries, we allow returns claims within one (1) hour of delivery.
If your order’s item(s) is defective or severely damaged at the time of delivery Or your order is/are incorrect/incomplete at the time of delivery then it may be eligible for replacement or refund. And if your order never arrived in the specified delivery time (1-2 hours) then it may be eligible for a refund.

Cancellation Policy:
Grocery Bazar provides an easy and hassle-free cancellation policy. The order can be canceled anytime before the order has finished processing and is ready for shipment. To cancel the order you have to contact us at our above-mentioned Customer Care mediums.
